Although originally Chinese, once the recipe arrived in Korea, it wasn't long before the dish was transformed into a thicker and distinguishable Korean tasty flavor. Now, most of Koreans eat it at least once a week and have their favorite jjajangmyeon delivery shop on speed dieal.
