Her passion wasn't always to be a police officer, Kim started training TaeKwonDo when she was in 5th grade. She even ranked No. 1 in 2011 in the preliminary trial for the London Olympics, however failed to earn the spot. This just motivated her to keep on practicing and when she found the opportunity to do what she loves and help her community at the same time, she knew the position was perfect.
